Notion is unbeatable for structured workspaces and teams, and we won't pretend otherwise. IKI is the quiet room next door: your saves, read and distilled on your phone, kept as files.
Notion is for coordinating work: wikis, databases, project boards, docs that a whole team edits, on every platform with a free web clipper. If your problem involves other people, use Notion. IKI is for one person's saved things: the articles, screenshots, voice notes and PDFs that pile up in a life. It does not have blocks, databases or collaborators, and it never will. The two coexist without friction: clip work things to the workspace, save your own things to the library.

Anything involving more than one person. Wikis, project tracking, shared databases, company docs: Notion is the standard for a reason, and IKI does not compete there at all.
Platforms. Notion runs on the web, Windows, Android and everything else. IKI is Apple-only.
Structure. If you enjoy building systems of linked databases and views, Notion is a construction kit. IKI deliberately offers nothing to build; the machine does the filing.
In Notion, open Settings, then Export all workspace content, and choose Markdown and CSV. Unzip the archive and drop the .md files into IKI's library folder in the Files app, or share them in. They are already in IKI's native format, so each page gets indexed, summarized and carded on your phone. Fair warning from the table above: databases arrive as flat CSV, and relations and views don't survive the trip. Page text does.
